Dr. Tony Rosales

With over 18 years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Tony Rosales is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive clinical experience in Aesthetics and Emergency Care.  Dr. Rosales is nationally recognized for his expertise and conservative approach to injectables that includes the new cannula approach to dermal fillers. An Allergan recognized Master Injector, Dr. Rosales is the co-founder and lead injector for a Southern California practice that has grown to one of the nation’s top 50 accounts. His Southern California popularity has resulted in a clientele list that includes feature film actors, pro-athletes, reality TV stars and local media anchors and weather forecaster.

Dr. Rosales has decided to relocate to the beautiful Rogue Valley and is excited to join the team at Club Northwest. A father of 3 adult children, he is an avid fisherman who also enjoys boating, golfing and fitness. Well trained in wellness, anti-aging and hormone replacement therapy, he practices a healthy lifestyle that help patients both lose weight and also maintain a healthy body weight.

A retired naval officer with over 21 years active service, Dr. Rosales holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and 2 graduate degrees from the University of Texas. In 2017, he received his Doctorate from the University of San Diego where he now holds a faculty position as a clinical associate professor in the nurse practitioner and health care informatics program.

Maggie Engel

Registered Nurse Injector

Maggie Engel is our registered nurse injector at The Spa. She has been helping our clients feel naturally refreshed and beautiful since 2017. Maggie received her nursing license in 2007 and worked in several medical fields since including cardiac intensive care, perioperative care, and hospice. She was a long time client of The Spa before being recruited to join our team. Maggie is dedicated to providing high-quality care to meet our patients’ needs.

In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her three lovely children. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, yoga, prayer and meditation. Maggie truly enjoys the beauty of the natural world here in Oregon.

Maryah Logan

Registered Nurse Injector

Maryah Logan was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. She loves spending time with her two toddlers, husband, and dog, Buster. She enjoys the outdoors, softball, puzzles and aerial silks. She has been a registered nurse since 2018 and is so excited to be working at The Spa. Her passions in nursing include patient safety, education and working with her clients to create a plan to achieve their unique health and wellness goals. She wants you to feel comfortable and beautiful!

Terri Bates

Registered Nurse Injector

Terri moved from Winter Park, Colorado to Grants Pass with her family in 2012. Terri graduated from Oregon Health and Science University in 2016, where she earned her Bachelor of Science, in Nursing (Summa Cum Laude). Before working at the Oregon Health and Science University, she attended the College of Body Arts and Sciences where she received her Esthetician License. Terri owned and operated the Face Place GP gaining invaluable experience practicing as a Medical Aesthetics Injector. She also owned the Skin Spa in Fraser, Colorado. Terri is passionate about well-being and the rewards that accompany feeling confident in one’s own skin, which is the fuel that motivates her desire to serve women by helping them achieve their esthetic goals. When Terri isn’t working at the hospital or the spa, she is running, rafting, skiing, or mountain biking with her family and friends.
